Exhibition Duration: March 3rd – May 3rd 2017

Jersey City’s newest hot spot, The Heights, has a new neighbor coming to town…PRIME Real Estate Group! Embracing the robust art scene of Jersey City, PRIME’s second office location will feature a fully operational art gallery.

To jump-start the opening of their 2nd location, PRIME is pleased to present their first exhibition, Urbanity Thru the Lens, a photography-based group show that pays homage to the banalities of everyday city living. Each piece plays on the somewhat elusive term, urbanity, by juxtaposing cityscapes with those that embody and navigate through them. The show features works by Montreal-based Artist, LeDor and NY/NJbased Artists; Catalina Aranguren, Marc Fusco, Timothy David Lang, Mykal, Samuel Orrego, and Luke Walter.

In conjunction with JC Fridays, Urbanity Thru the Lens will launch with an opening reception on Friday, March 3rd, 6 to 8pm and be on display until May 3rd, 2017. Not to be missed, visitors are welcome to indulge in complimentary food and drinks by local JC vendors (TBA) while enjoying the live acoustic tunes of NJ native, Rob Jennings.

“I wanted our next real estate office to dual as an event space for our sales partners to interact with their clients and the community in a relaxed environment. I love The Heights, its culture, and how it is evolving, especially as an Art District. I was inspired by Maria’s passion for art and wanted to lend our new space on Palisade Ave to her to create an art gallery that we can share with our neighbors. I am looking forward to all events scheduled in 2017 and am excited to meet you all.” – Jesse Halliburton, Principal Broker
